THE WASTED DAISY SEGMENT

Amy Swallow is a 24-year-old visual artist and musician from Regina, Saskatchewan. Amy has been creating art and writing music all of her life. In 2023, with help from the RAD program through the Creative City Centre, Amy worked in studio to develop and create her first EP Wasted Daisy. Amy’s art and music explores the coexistence of life's dark realities with the innocence of youth and fantasy. Amy is inspired by the style and themes of the 1940's-50s, the punk and counter-culture movements of the 70s and 80s, skateboard culture, 90s grunge and the overall themes of femininity.

📻 Tune in every Sunday from 11PM-12AM on CFCR 90.5FM in Saskatoon and Saturday from 3-4PM on 91.3 CJTR in Regina!

Thank you to Sask Music for generously supporting this program!
