Welcome to January, where the weather is chilly, the sidewalks are slippery, and the resolutions are... well, let’s just say “in progress.” Whether you’ve vowed to exercise more, eat healthier, or just survive another Saskatoon winter, we’re here to help keep your spirits warm and your ears entertained.

Why not add “Listen to CFCR more” to your list of goals this year? It’s the easiest resolution to stick to—no gym membership required!

Stay cozy, stay tuned, and let’s tackle 2025 together!

Raise a Glass…

FeBREWary is back for another year! We’re gearing up for an exciting celebration of all things beer, and you won’t want to miss it. Stay tuned for the official announcement and get ready to sip, savour, and enjoy!

So Sad To See You Go!

We want to take a moment to thank outgoing Volunteer Coordinator Vada for their outstanding contributions at CFCR over the past two years! Not only did Vada do an amazing job taking over the role during parental leave, they also created many long-lasting contributions that have greatly improved CFCR now and for our future.

While we’re sad to lose a great person like Vada, we are pumped for their new role as Manager of Membership and Outreach at Saskqueer Entrepreneurs + Professionals. But don’t fret - Vada will continue to rock and/or roll at CFCR, hosting the Wednesday edition of Canadian Waves (4 - 5 pm).

Thank you, Vada! Keep rocking.
